Directions

Shake well before use.

Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily for ongoing wellness support.
Children (ages 2+): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily.

For extra support during seasonal changes, you may take the same amount up to 2–3 times daily as needed.

May be taken on its own or added to tea. Avoid adding to boiling liquids to help preserve the natural properties of the honey.
